November 2025 + Thankful

Each year our home fills with the warmth and chaos of Thanksgiving as we gather to celebrate. We invite the whole extended family, and this year we added a friend who fit right in and made the day even more special. He brought a signature Thanksgiving cocktail — a delightful apple cider and cranberry mix — that quickly became a favorite.

We spent the day in a happy blur: cooking together in the kitchen, working on a fun jigsaw puzzle, and cheering at the football games on TV. Conversation flowed between stirring pots and passing dishes, and the house felt full of laughter, stories, and the comfortable noise of people who know each other well.

When my parents declared it the best Thanksgiving ever, I couldn’t help but agree. Simple things — good company, thoughtful food, and moments of shared joy — turned an ordinary holiday into a memory we’ll carry with us. Cheers to you and yours; we are truly thankful.
