August 2025 + Soak Up Summer

August was full of adventure! I started the month with a trip to Southern California, traveling with one son to visit another — and finally made it to Channel Islands National Park! It was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Next, we headed to Florida for a week at the beach. The weather was hot, but we made the most of it with early morning games of pickleball (which always makes me happy!). We wrapped up the month back in Oregon, soaking up every bit of sunshine and savoring summer at its very best.
