Costa Rica 2026

Costa Rica is always a good idea! I have been so fortunate to have visited this beautiful country numerous times and each time it is always a unique adventure. On this occasion we celebrated my sister-in-law’s milestone birthday. She gathered family and friends for a week of fun in the sun. We enjoyed lots of beach time, an epic ATV ride, a sound bath (which was a first for me), and many sunsets.

When in Nosara, I highly recommend breakfast/lunch/dinner at The Beach Dog, the Blue Market on Tuesday mornings, an ATV ride with Tico Tours, a Sound Bath at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, and dinner at Olivia’s Pizza above Guiones Brew Co. And for surf lessons, Chata Surf School is recommended by my Neice.

A fabulous place to stay is Villa Mariposa for a large group and Casita Mariposa for a couple. Check out this beautiful property just steps away from the beach!
